The Rise of Skywalker Takes Fortnite by Storm While Rey Uses the Force in New TV Spot

The Rise of Skywalker is now less than two weeks away, but don’t expect to stop hearing about it. Disney is finding more ways than one to market this film. Some would say through ways that they would deem to be unnatural or unconventional. Whatever the case may be, Star Wars is hitting all the airwaves, and not taking any chances. That’s why Disney has now teamed up with Fortnite to release an exclusive scene from The Rise of Skywalker through a special media event within the game.

As you can see, you can’t go anywhere at this point without seeing Star Wars. It’s your destiny. But seriously though, this isn’t the first unconventional way Disney has been marketing their film. Previously reported, Disney will be showing an exclusive scene from The Rise of Skywalker on Disney+ which will be attached to the release of The Mandalorian: Chapter 7.

The next question is whether if the scene shown on Fortnite and Disney+ will be the same or totally different from each other. In all honesty, I’ve seen quite enough of The Rise of Skywalker. I don’t mean for this to come across snarky, but I don’t want to be spoiled anymore with more footage. I want to go into the film totally surprised. Maybe I’m overreacting, but hopefully you see my point. In any case, since I love Star Wars so much, I’ll be tuning into both of these scene premieres soon enough whether I like it or not. My intrigue serves me all too well, which is why I’m proud to announce another new TV spot!

Yep, another TV spot! But this time, Rey uses the Force in that epic lightsaber battle against Kylo.

How do you think the Force will be used in The Rise of Skywalker?
