Go big or go home! May the 4th has given Star Wars fans, especially gamers, a lot to be grateful for.
Respawn Entertainment has dropped a free update for Jedi: Fallen Order on all compatible systems. The update provides a ton of new content that will allow you to expand your skills as a Force-wielder through new combat challenges. Through these challenges, you’ll also be able to unlock new cosmetics including a new skin for Cal Kestis called “Inquisitor Cal.” The new game plus mode will allow you to replay the entire campaign with these new “unlocked cosmetics.” Additionally, more meditation training will help you fight your challengers. These challenges can be set up on your own by placing enemies on a grid-based arena platform. The update is available today for download. Here’s the official announcement:
Another revelation we got in the Star Wars gaming community was the official poster reveal of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Unfortunately, a specific release date wasn’t given. Instead, we got this vague response: “arriving later this year.” With that said, I wouldn’t expect this title to be released until sometime in Fall. In any case, check out the poster!
Update: Announced on StarWars.com, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be officially released on October 20th!
Although evil Darth Vader may play a pivotal role in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, the dark side Force user finds his way in the virtual reality series, Vader Immortal. Developed by ILMxLAB, this VR series takes fans on a “cinematic, narrative adventure connected to the events of Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire … and is set between Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: A New Hope.” Today, StarWars.com announced that this title will be made available on PlayStation VR in the coming months. Price and release date were not given.
