Exclusive: Anthony Daniels Rumored to Be in Upcoming VR Experience, ‘Tales From The Galaxy’s Edge’

Yesterday, ILMxLAB announced an all-new “action-adventure VR experience” that will feature the pride and joy of Disney Parks’ Galaxy’s Edge. Featuring an original story that takes place between The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker, with new characters and new regions of the planet Batuu for fans to explore, it undoubtedly will feel like you’re living the story, hence, “storyLIVING.”

According to our source, C-3PO is expected to make an appearance in the story.

This claim aligns with Anthony Daniels’ latest tweet that mentions his recording sessions with ILM.

While his tweet makes no mentions of what project he’s working on, our source claims that Daniels has been working on this VR project for quite some time. Supposedly, his role will be more than just a cameo. 3PO will act more as guide during your exploration of Batuu as you meet new characters throughout your traveling’s.

For right now, toss this one in the rumor bin. When we receive more confirmation, you’ll be the first to know! Stay tuned here as this story progresses.
